The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is another flagship-level phone from the Chinese manufacturer, as it looks to gain even more market share outside of its home country. It follows on from the superb Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro from last year, and fits alongside the other Mi 10 phones of 2020.
It’s not a terribly easy range to figure out – there are several different-but-similar Mi 10 phones to pick from, with and without the T attached (though the T denotes the newer models), and then there are the Note models to take into consideration as well…
It’s perhaps easier to look at the prices to understand where each phone sits in the Xiaomi Mi 10 range. This Mi 10T Pro hasn’t been given a UK price (or launch date) yet, but costs €599 in European markets – that works out at roughly £545, so mid-to-upper-range pricing.
Xiaomi is not letting Samsung, OnePlus, and Google steal all the reasonably priced exciting smartphone fun, and has launched the Mi 10T Pro. It starts at 599 euros, or about $700, putting it in direct competition with the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and the OnePlus 8 (soon to be 8T), plus around the same price we expect the Pixel 5 to cost.
There are several standout features that make the Mi 10T Pro worth considering, starting with a 108-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization on the back. Xiaomi and Samsung worked together on developing the 108MP camera technology, and here it comes with some new features to entice you away from Samsung’s version. These include six long exposure modes, such as one where a static subject can be isolated against a blurred moving background, plus a burst mode that converts stills into video, and a selection of new filters.
Xiaomi will launch three new smartphones on September 30, the Mi 10T series. Xiaomi announced the news via its official social media channels. They will be announced during an online-only event.

This press event will kick off at 2 PM CET / 1 PM BST / 5 AM PST / 8 AM EST. The devices in question are almost certainly the Xiaomi Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro, and Mi 10T Lite.
The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is expected to be a premium offering from the company. The ‘Lite’ model, on the other hand, will be a compelling budget option, if rumors are to be believed. The Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite is expected to cost less than €300, in fact.

The Mi 10T models will succeed last year’s Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro. Unlike their predecessors, they don’t seem to be rebranded
