One of Wall Street’s favorite charitable organizations has raised several million dollars to support a fund that invests in nonprofit groups run by people of color.

The Robin Hood foundation’s Power Fund kicked off this summer as the coronavirus pandemic spread and amid nationwide protests sparked by the police killing of George Floyd on Memorial Day.

Robin Hood funds over 200 poverty-fighting programs in New York City. It is led by Wes Moore, an author and former investment banker at Citigroup.

“I think part of the thing we’ve seen is that everything we’ve witnessed post George Floyd, these aren’t new things because of George Floyd,” Moore told CNBC. “I think that the conversations we’ve been able to

Tesla Model 3 scores poorly on European assisted driving tests

Europe’s New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) has released its second series of assisted driving grades, and despite having the best technology, Tesla’s Model 3 came away with a mediocre score. The reason? Driver engagement is a key factor and Tesla’s Autopilot system “encourages the driver to relinquish too much control,” according to the testers (via RoadShow).

The results from the test don’t show that Tesla’s systems are bad, in fact far from it. According to NCAP, however, the problems lie within a category called “driver engagement.” Testers said that the marketing materials don’t line

Louisiana Tech vs. Houston Baptist updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Saturday

The Houston Baptist Huskies have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They are on the road again on Saturday and play against the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs at 7 p.m. ET Sept. 26 at Joe Aillet Stadium. The Huskies are the clear underdogs, so they’re hoping it’s the size of the fight that determines this one.

Houston Baptist was hampered by 110 penalty yards against the Texas Tech Red Raiders two weeks ago. It was close but no cigar for Houston Baptist as they fell 35-33 to Texas Tech. QB Bailey Zappe put forth a good effort for the losing side as he passed for four TDs and 567 yards on 49 attempts. Zappe’s 75-yard touchdown toss to WR Josh Sterns in the fourth quarter made for one of the most memorable moments of the night.

Speaking of close games: Louisiana Tech
